Real estate agents and brokers who publish listings on Naka Prop are independent professionals, not employees or representatives of Naka Prop. Naka Prop is a software platform; it does not list, sell, rent, broker, or guarantee any property. All transactions, agreements, visits, and communications take place directly between you and the independent agent. Naka Prop is not a party to those transactions and accepts no liability arising from them.
Listing content (descriptions, photos, prices, availability) is supplied by the publishing agent. Naka Prop makes a reasonable effort to keep the platform online but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing. Confirm details directly with the agent before acting on them.
The Naka Prop platform, including its software, design system, and branding, is owned by Naka and protected by intellectual property laws. Listing photos and descriptions remain the property of the publishing agent. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish any content without written permission from the rightful owner.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these terms have been violated or if continued access poses a risk to other users, agents, or the platform itself. You may stop using the platform at any time.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naka Prop disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, where Naka Prop is operated. Platform infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation shall be brought before the competent courts in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when changes took effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
